Welcome to Yarn Indulgences, luxury and natural fibres. Jennifer Knight is an established knitter with over 35 years experience. Growing up in her mother's yarn stores in the Peterborough area, she has had a life of yarn! Jennifer also lived in Italy for 12 years, learning new techniques, knitting with European yarns, and working with a wonderful yarn shop in Borgo, Pavia.
As we are watching the snow fall it is hard to believe it is time to be thinking about summer yarns. We would love to be knitting winter snugglies but summer yarn orders need to be organized now. Of course, this also means knitting up samples in the new yarns.
we have decided on a 100% wet spun linen in a D.K. weight and a worsted weight. There will be 10 colors in the D.K and 3 for the worsted but that may change if there is sufficient interest. To tease us we have planned to put in a 90% wool/ 10% silk yarn to help us make the transition from winter to spring to summer. There will be lots of patterns to choose from. More news to come as the packages arrive....
